1. [Fig. 1-3] soak the yeast with milk 10 minutes in advance, then knead the dough with post oil method until it is nearly complete, put it into a basin and cover it with fresh-keeping film, and conduct basic fermentation at 40 ℃ to 2-2.5 times the size.
2. [figure 4-6] after the completion of basic fermentation, the dough is vented and relaxed for 20 minutes (the amount of dough in my picture is doubled, please ignore). After relaxation, the dough is divided into six equal parts, and the whole circle is put into the baking pan for the second fermentation to twice the size.
3. After the second fermentation, brush the bread with egg liquid (extra egg liquid), sprinkle some white sesame, preheat the oven in advance, heat up and down at 180 ℃, put the baking tray in the middle layer, and take about 20 minutes to get out of the oven.
