glutinous rice flour
1. First, pour the glutinous rice flour into a container and use high-temperature boiling water to twist it into a ball. (be sure to use very hot boiling water, otherwise the glutinous rice flour is not sticky). If the water is too hot, you can’t twist it. You can use chopsticks first and wait for the temperature to cool down before using your hands.
2. Place the glutinous rice dough for 30 minutes. Stir fry the sesame in a frying pan, put it into the strangler and grind it into powder, then add sugar and oil, and keep rubbing until the sugar melts.
3. Finally, divide the glutinous rice dough into several equal parts and wrap it with sesame stuffing (some people like to round the stuffing and wrap it with glutinous rice dough)
