600g cooked potatoes, 600g celery, 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml), 2 breakfast sausages, 2 tsp curry powder (10g), 12 tsp salt (3G), 13 TSP black pepper powder (2G)
1. Cut the breakfast sausage into 1cm thick slices. Cut the celery in half, put it in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Take it out and rinse with cold water.
2. Peel the cooked potatoes. Shred the potatoes and celery with a rubbing board. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in the pan over medium heat, fry the breakfast sausage slices in the pan for 3 minutes, then stir fry the shredded potatoes and celery for 5 minutes, then arrange the potatoes and celery into the shape of a round cake, turn the heat down and slowly fry for 10 minutes.
4. Finally, turn over the potato cake, and then continue to fry for 10 minutes.
