200g potato powder, 100g cheese chip (microwave), 50g shrimp, 20g onion (cut into small pieces), 13tbsp salt, 200g bread bran, 4 eggs, 500g vegetable oil
1. Add salt to the potato flour, blanch in boiling water, add onion, and let cool.
2. Take 2G of each, wrap in shrimps and cheese, dip in eggs and wrap in bread crumbs.
3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat to 70% oil temperature. Add potato cake and fry until golden brown.
The oil temperature must be controlled well. If it is high, it will paste and if it is low, it will stick together.
