How to make chicken drumsticks with honey

Material Science

Two chicken legs, a handful of lettuce, two slices of sliced cheese, two hamburger buns, accessories: two tablespoons of honey barbecue sauce, two tablespoons of black pepper, a little salt, shredded ginger

1. Remove the bone of the chicken leg, wash it, chop it gently with the back of a knife (or meat hammer) against the texture of the chicken until the chicken is slightly loose, put it into a container, add honey sauce, black pepper, a little salt and shredded ginger, put on disposable gloves, evenly apply the sauce on the chicken leg, cover it, and send it to the refrigerator for curing overnight (at least two hours)

2. Lay tin foil on the baking plate, remove the shredded ginger from the chicken leg, put the skin down on the baking net and put it on the baking plate

3. Preheat 200 degrees in the oven, put in the chicken leg, bake for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for about 5 minutes until the skin is slightly scorched

4. Cut the hamburger bun into two pieces, spread cheese slices in turn, wash the drained lettuce leaves, roast chicken leg, lettuce, and then cover the bun. If you like salad dressing, squeeze in proper amount of salad dressing
