How to make Chinese style pizza

1. [Figure 1-2] prepare all materials. Shred green pepper, red pepper and onion, slice sausage, blanch sweet corn and shrimp in hot water and drain water for spare (forget to clap shrimp in picture).

2. [Fig. 3-5] take a portion of rice of palm size, wrap it with fresh-keeping film, and then compact and shape with mould. Put the shaped rice balls on the baking pan with tin paper. Preheat the oven 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes in the middle. After taking out, squeeze out some ketchup and spread well with the back of the spoon.

3. [Fig. 6-9] cut the mozzard cheese into silk or slice it on the rice dumpling with ketchup, then put the green pepper, red pepper, sweet corn grain, onion, sausage and shrimp. Put the mozzarella cheese on the top, preheat the oven, and bake it for about 7-10 minutes in the middle of 200 degrees.
