Pumpkin, glutinous rice flour, coconut
1. Microwave the pumpkin thoroughly, then peel and mash it, add the same amount of rice flour and stir;
2. Steam the well stirred pumpkin rice noodles in the pot;
3. Take proper amount of steamed materials and make them into a ball by hand, then flatten them;
4. Heat the oil in the pan to 6 layers. Deep fry the pumpkin cake until golden on both sides. Put it on a plate and sprinkle with coconut!
