1 potato, 1 scallion, half onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp millet flour, a little pepper powder, 1 tbsp baking powder, a little salt, and proper amount of water
1. Chop up the shallots, onions and garlic.
2. Shred the potatoes, wash them with water and drain.
3. Put chopped green onion, onion, garlic and shredded potato into a large bowl. Add pepper powder, flour, millet powder, salt, baking powder and water. If you want a thin and crispy potato cake, add more water. The amount of water is about 100 to 120 ml. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
