Practice of crispy peanuts with pepper and salt
1. The peanuts are picked up for reserve;
2. Bring to a boil, pour peanuts into boiling water and blanch for about 1 minute. Immediately remove the water from the sieve basket;
3. Then add the fine salt and salt and pepper powder, quickly mix well with chopsticks and leave for about 5 minutes (stir with chopsticks from time to time during the period);
4. Pour the peanuts into a container that can be used in the microwave oven, without a cover (I use a plate), with a high fire. The first time you bite the peanuts for 2 minutes, shake the container after you take them out, remove some moisture, and then continue to bite for 2 minutes. Repeat the action before entering the microwave oven until the peanuts are fully cooked. Each time you take them out, try them yourself. If you feel that they are not ripe, put them in and out again, and I will eat them again It’s ripe after three repetitions (six minutes). Let it cool before eating. It becomes very crispy after cooling.
