Salt, noodles, leeks, vermicelli, prawns, eggs
1. Hot water, 1 teaspoon salt, flour, dough, put plastic wrap and wake up for 30 minutes.
2. Wash the leeks, dry the water on the surface, and cut them into small pieces. The vermicelli is cooked and cool. Peel the fresh prawns and cut them into small pieces. Beat the eggs and stir fry them in hot oil. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add sesame oil. Sprinkle in salt and mix well.
3. When the dough wakes up, knead it a little and divide it into equal sized tablets. Take a potion and roll it into thin slices in the middle, put in a proper amount of stuffing, fold it like a bun, and press it again to make a leek cake.
4. Put proper amount of oil in the pan, heat it up a little, put in the leek cake, and fry it until golden on both sides.
