Ingredients: 500g reed leaves, 1000g glutinous rice, 50g jujube, 50g job’s tears, 50g red beans, 50g mung beans, 50g shrimp, 100g melon sticks, 75g kumquat, 50g green plum.
1. Blanch the reed leaves in boiling water and cool them. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for 24 hours.
2. Soak water jujube, job’s tears, red beans and mung beans in water; stir fry shrimp and cut into sections; dice melon, kumquat and green plum.
3. Mix the glutinous rice with the processed ingredients, put them into the reed leaves, and cook them in water for 1 hour.
