250 g glutinous rice flour, 130 g water, 500 g peanut flour and 500 g salad oil
1. Add the water into the glutinous rice flour for several times, stir evenly, knead the glutinous rice ball with smooth surface and non stick hands by hand, and then knead it into small dumplings of the same size for standby.
2. In a hot pot, add salad oil and heat it over medium heat to 150 ℃. Slowly add the small dumplings in method 1, deep fry until the surface expands, then remove and drain the oil, and sprinkle with peanut powder.
