100g flour, 2 eggs, 200ml hot water, 200ml cold water, 3 tbsp sugar
1. Pour the flour into a large iron bowl. It’s better to put a chicken in it.
2. Pour the hot water and sugar together, and then pour the sugar into the flour, stirring all the time.
3. Beat the eggs to the flour, and then stir them. Pour in the cold water and stir all the time.
4. After stirring for 10 minutes, put it there for half an hour, then put it into the pot and steam it over medium heat until it is covered. Turn off the fire and put it in the pot for 10 minutes. It’s delicious.
