How to make honey red bean pumpkin cake

Pumpkin 200g, glutinous rice flour 200g, flour 50g, honey red bean


1. Cut pumpkin into thin slices, steam (or microwave), add into flour, and slowly knead into smooth dough

2. Sprinkle a layer of dry powder on the chopping board and divide the pumpkin dough into 8 parts

3. Take a small dough, rub it round and flatten it, then put some honey red beans on it

4. Wrap the honey red beans with dough and close up

5. Squash the pumpkin dough in turn to make pumpkin cake, and sprinkle black sesame on it

6. Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan and heat it. Put the pumpkin pie in and fry it slowly until golden

7. Turn over and fry over low heat until golden

8. Enjoy while it’s hot
