How to make love potato cake

500g potatoes, half onion, 3 slices bacon, 5g black pepper, 2G salt, a little vegetable oil


1. Wash the potatoes and put them in a pot. Pour in water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes until they are well done

2. Cut the bacon and onion into small pieces. Pour a little oil into the pot. When the oil is warm, add the chopped onion and bacon and stir fry until fragrant. Set aside

3. Peel the boiled potatoes, put them into the fresh-keeping bag, roll them into mashed potatoes with rolling pin (or put them into a bowl and press them into mashed potatoes with spoon)

4. Pour the fried bacon and onion into the mashed potato, add salt and black pepper, and stir well

5. Take appropriate amount of mashed potatoes and press them into a mold. If there is no mold, you can also knead and press them into small round cakes

6. Pour a little oil into the pan, heat the oil, put in the potato cake, and fry both sides into golden yellow with medium heat
