1. Mix soybean milk with oil and heat in water; (Fig. 1)

2. Pour into a low powder bowl and stir well; (Fig. 2)

3. Add the crushed tofu and stir; (Fig. 3)

4. Add 50g protein and stir to make soybean milk batter; (Fig. 4)

5. Drop the lemon juice into 250 grams of protein; (Fig. 5)

6. Add sugar three times until it foams wet. (Fig. 6)

7. Cut and mix well with soybean milk batter; (Fig. 7)

8. Pour into the baking pan and shake gently. (Fig. 8)

9. Preheat the oven 180 degrees for 18 minutes, cool slightly and cut into pieces. (Figure 9)
