2. Cream cheese with milk and butter, heat over water until smooth; (Fig. 2)

3. Add the sifted powder and stir evenly; (Fig. 3)

4. Add egg yolk and stir well; (Fig. 4)

5. Add sugar to the protein and beat it to the long corner; (Fig. 5)

6. Mix the egg white paste and cheese paste and stir evenly; (Fig. 6)

7. Apply oil on the mould and pad with oil paper; (Fig. 7)

8. Pour in the cheese paste, water bath, 155 degrees for 90 minutes; (Fig. 8)

9. Demould while it’s hot. (Figure 9)
