How to make mushroom beef cake

Beef cake with mushrooms

Raw materials: 5 dried mushrooms, 5 fresh mushrooms, 200g meat stuffing, 1 cup soybean, 1 egg, 12 scallions, 13 small spoons nutmeg, proper amount of vegetables.

Seasoning: 12 cups of bread flour, 2 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp soy sauce, a little pepper, proper amount of oil.

1. Chop the mushrooms, mash the soybeans, chop the scallions, add the meat, eggs, bread powder, and mix the seasonings.
