Orange pound cake

1. Soften butter at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat with electric beater until loose (Fig. 1)

2. After the eggs are broken, add the beaten butter in several times and beat at low speed until the oil and water are mixed (Fig. 2)

3. Put medium flour, baking powder and salt into flour sieve

4. Sift in about 12 powders

5. Add about 12% orange juice and mix well with a scraper (Fig. 3)

6. Add the remaining flour and orange juice and mix well (Fig. 4)

7. Add sugar orange peel and mix well (Fig. 5)

Put 8 tablespoons of paper paste into a full cake

9. Preheat the oven at 170 ℃ and bake in the middle for 45 minutes
