How to make potato pancakes for breakfast

I like this as a side dish or Sunday brunch. It's delicious with sour cream and chives or applesauce.

Material Science

5 potatoes, peeled, shredded, 2 eggs, broken, 1 onion, finely chopped, 25g flour, salt and pepper, 45ml vegetable oil


1. In a large bowl, mix shredded potatoes, eggs, onions, flour, salt and pepper together.

2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Scoop a large spoon into the pan, then flatten slightly. Fry on each side for about 4 minutes until golden. Serve hot.
