How to make potato pancakes with German flavor

These are different from pancakes of the past. You can make a dinner with German sausages. I brush the pancakes with raspberry jam and pour maple syrup on them.

2 eggs, 15g flour, 0.8g baking powder, 3G salt, 0.5g pepper, 1278g potato, 80g peeled, shredded and finely chopped onion, 60ml vegetable oil


1. In a large bowl, beat eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper together. Then mix in shredded potatoes and onions.

2. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat, then spoon the oil into the pot in batches and flatten it. Fry each side for about 3 minutes or until yellow and crisp. Then drain the oil on the paper towel and serve.
