1. Peel, cut, cook and mash the pumpkin;
2. When it’s hot, add self-made powder and hot milk, because the fermentation needs a certain temperature. Different from making small pumpkin, making pumpkin cake needs a relatively thin pumpkin paste, that is, it needs a certain fluidity;
