Ingredients: purple potato, glutinous rice flour, condensed milk, sugar, egg or yolk.
For diabetics, milk can be replaced by condensed milk, and xylitol and granulated sugar can be added.
Practice of purple potato sesame cake
1. Steam the purple potato, peel it and press it into mud,
