Flour, sausage, dry yeast, butter, onion, salt
1. Chop the scallion and set aside. Melt the dry yeast in warm water, then mix in the flour, add a piece of butter and salt melted in water, knead into dough, and ferment in a warm place for one and a half hours until the dough becomes two or three times larger.
2. Stick some flour to the dough and knead it well. Pull a small dough and stretch it into a long strip. Wrap it around a section of red sausage to make a hot dog. Then pull off a small ball to elongate, stick onion and roll it into a ball.
3. The rolled flowers and hot dogs are arranged in the steamer with gauze. There should be a little distance between them, because the dough will increase when heated. Steam for about 20 minutes.
