How to make rose cheese cake

1. Soften the cream cheese and add milk, heat and stir smoothly; (Fig.1)

2. Add the melted butter in several times and stir evenly; (Fig. 2)

3. Add the sifted corn starch and low flour and stir evenly; (Fig. 3)

4. Remove from heat, add egg yolk in several times and stir evenly; (Fig. 4)

5. Add sugar to the protein and beat it to the long corner; (Fig. 5)

6. Cut and mix well with cheese paste; (Fig. 6)

7. Pour into the mould and bake in water bath; (Fig. 7)

8. The oven is 160 degrees, and the middle and lower layers come out in 80 minutes. (I use the bottom of the cake, so the temperature is a little bit) (Fig. 8)

9. Pull off the silicone mold and demould smoothly. (Figure 9)
