Ingredients: Flour 500g
Water 250g
12 tsp Baking powder
12 tsp Baking soda
3-4 tbsp weak sesame paste
1 tsp five spice powder with edible oil
1 tsp salt
How to make sesame pancakes
1. Mix flour: put baking powder and baking soda into a basin, add water and knead into dough, and let it stand for about 40 minutes.
2. Add 1-2 spoonfuls of oil to the sesame paste (if the sesame paste is new, you can add 1 spoonfuls less oil), add five spice powder and salt, mix well and set aside.
3. Knead the dough well and roll it into 0.5-0.7cm pieces. Spread the sesame paste evenly on the top. Then roll it up from one end and stretch it while rolling until it is finished. Pull it into 10 pieces. The mouth of each piece should be sealed tightly.
4. Brush a layer of clean water on the prepared preparation surface, then dip the sesame seeds into the cake pan, brown both sides and put them into the oven preheated 180 degrees, bake in the middle layer for 10 minutes until the pancakes drum up.
