Ordinary flour ~ 330g

Eggs ~ 3

Young sugar ~ 70g

East ~ 1 teaspoon

Soda powder ~ 12 TSP

Water ~ 420ml

Fillings:

Stir fried peanuts ~ 300g (crushed)

Young sugar ~ 50g

1。 Put the paste into a large bowl and mix well. Rest for at least 30 minutes.

2。 Heat a non stick pan, add a little oil, pour in a proper amount of batter, cover and fry over medium heat for about 1 minute or until cooked.
