Practice of steamed bread
Step 1: mix half a catty of white flour and half a catty of corn flour, then add 3 grams of yeast, 2 grams of baking powder, 30 grams of sugar, water and dough for standby, and add the same raw water and dough for standby.
Step 2: roll the two kinds of dough into large pieces.
Step 3: put the white one on the bottom, brush a layer of water in the middle, and then spread the dough with corn flour on the top and roll it up from top to bottom.
Step 4: use a knife to cut into the same size of the preparation, put it in the cage drawer, ferment for about half an hour, wait for the steamed bread to become one-third bigger, and gently press it with your hand to bounce back.
Step 5: steam in the steamer for 15 minutes.
When mixing noodles, adding white sugar can effectively promote fermentation, making steamed bread more soft and delicious.
