Ingredients: 1 Jin Long glutinous rice, 12 Jin mung bean kernel, streaky pork, dried lotus seeds, chestnuts, egg yolk, chicken, about 20 mushrooms, barbecued pork, roast duck, 5-7 lotus leaves, 20-30 rice dumplings, 3 tbsp rice wine, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce
(1) Boil lotus leaves in hot water for 5-6 minutes, wash, soak rice dumplings, wash and drain.
(2) Soak long glutinous rice for 1 hour, mung bean for half an hour, and dried lotus seeds for 1 hour.
(3) Marinate chicken, pork and mushrooms together for half an hour.
(4) Dice the barbecued pork, mix with glutinous rice and seasoning.
(5) Take 1 lotus leaf, spread 4 Zongye on it, scoop 4 tbsp rice, add 2 tbsp soaked and drained mung bean kernel, a piece of streaky pork, a piece of chicken, 2-3 mushrooms, egg yolk, chestnut, roast duck, etc., then scoop 2 tbsp mung bean kernel, finally spread 4 tbsp rice, then wrap it up, bind it with cotton rope, put it into boiling water and cook for 3 hours.
