1: Add corn flour, flour, yeast powder and water together, and knead them into a dough [the ratio is 3:5:1:2] until the dough is twice as large as before.

2: Roll the fermented dough into a rectangle with a rolling pin, evenly coat it with a thin layer of oil, sprinkle with salt and scallion, then roll it up and cut it into sections.
