Ingredients: 150g cuttlefish, 1 egg, 3 mushrooms, half cup flour
Seasoning: oil, salt, water
1. Add flour, salt and a little water to the egg and stir well to make a paste.
2. Soak mushrooms in warm water. Cut cuttlefish (without head and whiskers) and mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Mix in the batter and let stand for half an hour.
4. Heat the pan, add a little oil, pour in a proper amount of batter, and fry over medium heat until one side of the batter solidifies. Turn the other side and fry until golden.
