4 sesame pancakes, 100g alfalfa sprouts, 100g apple, 100g green or red pepper, 10g peanut powder, 2tsp sesame paste, 4 lettuce leaves, 10g coriander
1. Wash and drain alfalfa sprouts; cut apple, green or red pepper into strips; cut coriander into small pieces.
2. Heat sesame pancakes, cut open, put lettuce leaves, alfalfa sprouts, apples, sweet peppers, sprinkle coriander and peanut powder.
3. Finally, add sesame paste and serve.
