How to make whole wheat corn pastry delicious

100g whole wheat flour, 100g corn flour, 230g water, 3G baking powder, 1.5 TSP dry yeast, 1 tsp gluten powder, 2 tsp sugar, appropriate amount of cranberry and coconut


1. In a large bowl, pour in the whole wheat flour and the same amount of corn flour

2. Add baking powder and gluten powder and stir evenly

3. Add yeast and sugar to warm water, stir well and let stand for two or three minutes

4. Pour yeast water into the flour

5. Mix well

6. Brush a layer of oil on the mould to prevent sticking (6 inches)

7. Pour the mixed paste into the mold

8. Ferment to double the size

9. Sprinkle some dried fruit for decoration according to personal taste

10. Put in the steamer, put in cold water and steam over medium heat for 1 hour
